FOR PEOPLE ON OZEMPIC, WEGOVY, MOUNJARO OR ZEPBOUND
You're on the medication. The weight you lose should be fat. I make sure it is.
In 12 weeks, I find out why it isn't working, I fix it, and I make sure the weight you lose is fat, not muscle. You'll see it in your measurements, not just on the scale.
Free. 15 minutes. You leave knowing your one or two problems, whether you sign up or not.
Is this you?
You're on the medication, and one of these is true:
The scale won't move. You eat less. Nothing changes.
The scale is moving, but you look worse. Soft. Tired. Smaller, not better. You're scared you'll end up looking sick.
If that's you, keep reading. And hear this first: it's not because you're lazy or broken. Something about how the medication fits your body isn't working. That's a problem with the plan, not with you.
Why it isn't working
The medication does one thing. It makes you less hungry. That's it.
It doesn't pick what you eat. It doesn't pick whether you lose fat or muscle. It doesn't fix your sleep. It doesn't stop the snacks or the drinks.
If the scale won't move
Being less hungry wasn't enough. Something is undoing it. Drinks. Snacks. Big meals out. Bad sleep that makes you crave food. Not enough protein, so you're never full. The medication can't fix any of that. Eating even less won't either. It usually makes it worse.
If you look worse
You're eating less and you're not lifting weights. So your body eats its own muscle. Muscle is what makes you look firm and strong. Lose it, and you look worse even as the scale goes down.
Same two things, both times. Nobody found what's really wrong. Nobody protected your muscle.
How I fix it. Three steps.
1.
Find the problem. Day one, I ask about your sleep, meals, protein, water, drinks, snacks, eating out, and steps. I find the one or two things holding you back. Not ten. One or two.
2.
Protect your muscle. You lift weights twice a week, at a gym or at home. 45 minutes to an hour. Every move has a video. Never lifted before? It's built for you. You don't need perfect form. You need to show up twice and follow the sheet.
3.
Measure. At the start and at week 12, you get a body scan that shows how much of you is fat and how much is muscle. Every two weeks, we check your waist and how much you're lifting, then change one thing if we need to. Waist shrinking but scale stuck? You're losing fat. The scale was lying.
What I do
Find the problem. Write your meals. Write your workouts. Measure you every two weeks. Decide what changes.
What you do
Eat three meals a day. Protein at every meal. Do your two workouts. Answer your check-in every week. That's it.
You are not expected to be perfect. You are expected to follow the system.
This is not a diet
No food is banned. Nothing is good or bad. You can eat burgers, pizza, and dessert. You just can't eat them by accident. We plan them in. Your life gets bigger, not smaller.

Who I am

I'm Taha. I've been over 250 pounds. I know what it's like to fight your own body and lose. What changed me wasn't trying harder. It was fixing the system: eating on a schedule, eating enough protein, sleeping, lifting. Nine years later I've worked with over 600 people and I run the trainers at a gym in Vancouver. I'm not a doctor. I never touch your medication or your dose. That's your doctor's job. Everything else is mine.
